Arrangements for Visits

The Centro Ciência Viva de Estremoz encourages group visits (school and other) to ESPAÇO CIÊNCIA - Convento das Maltezas. Visitors, divided into groups and accompanied by a Science Communicator, have the possibility of making a diversified visit to see school activities.

What should be written?

• The name of the school (or other entity) you wish to book, the name and telephone number of a contact person

• Three dates and intended time for the visit

• Number of visitors (students and teachers) who will visit

• Visitors' education

• Activities they want to do ( see school offer )

Our Scheduling System

• The Centro Ciência Viva de Estremoz contacts the entity that made the reservation, sending the visit plan and data confirmation (number of people, date and time for the visit)

• The entity, within 15 days, must communicate by e-mail its acceptance of the visit plan or propose any changes, so that it is considered as marked and confirm the number of visitors (students and teachers).

• Absences greater than 10%, in relation to the number of confirmed visitors, imply a payment of 90% of confirmed visitors

• Canceling visits, within a period of less than 10 working days, implies the payment of 25% of confirmed visitors

 

» To schools that wish to make their VISITS IN MORE THAN ONE DAY, we inform you that it is possible to stay overnight at ESPAÇO CIÊNCIA – Convento das Maltezas, Estremoz ( see accommodation ).
