The enormous geographical diversity of Portugal's territory is inseparable from its great geological variety; the granites of the North of Portugal, the schists of Alentejo or the limestones and clays of the Algarve coast are just some of the examples.
The apparent complexity of the Geology of Portugal accessible to all through a set of 10 large panels associated with a collection of about 3 dozen rock samples of great quality that exemplify the main moments of our most remote past.
